hello all,
I am a proud owner of a '96 Savage. I have been riding for about one season (my longest trip has been from CO to CT), and I am loving it. Unfortunatly, I know very little about bikes. I would like to check the air filter and spark plug and need help on how to remove the gas tank, I am able to locate the hardware near the seat but am not able to remove the tank completely (I am attempting this because my bike is not starting; when I push the starter there is a loud click and nothing else.)
I know this is the most basic of questions, and I'm sure that I will have more in the future. So, please forgive my ignorance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance for your help.
